Sentences with objective complements are quite many which use in our daily usage of English. After some verbs, the direct object con be followed by on objective complement - a noun or adjective which describes the object.

1. Jawaharlal Nehru considered him a genius.

2. The members elected him speaker.

3. We regarded her as an expert.

4. She made the room clean.

The above sentences can become passive.

1. He was considered a genius by Jawaharlal Nehru.

2. He was elected speaker.

3. She was regarded as an expert.

4. The room was made clean.
