The four Tenses and sixteen forms of a verb in the Indicative Mood are shown in the following table. Here the verb SEE has been used for indicative purpose.

Active Voice :

1. Simple Present Tense : I see.
2. Simple Past Tense : I saw.
3. Simple Future Tense : I shall see.
4. Simple Future in the Past : I should see.
5. Present Continuous Tense : I am seeing.
6. Past Continuous Tense : I was seeing.
7. Future Continuous Tense : I shall be seeing.
8. Future Continuous in the Past : I should be seeing.
9. Present Perfect Tense : I have seen.
10. Past Perfect Tense : I had seen.
11. Future Perfect Tense : I shall have seen.
12. Future Perfect in the Past : I should have seen.
13. Present Perfect Continuous Tense : I have been seeing.
14. Past Perfect Continuous Tense : I had been seeing.
15. Future Perfect Continuous Tense : I shall have been seeing.
16. Future Perfect Continuous in the Past : I should have been seeing.

Passive Voice :

6. Past Continuous Tense : I was being seen.
