The Brackets are used, like a couple of dashes in (…) as just explained, for inserting a parenthetical sentence in the middle of a main sentence.
1. At the age of ten (such is the power of genius) she could write verses.
2. He came to Delhi (the attractive nature of the beauty of the city) to find his life.
